What it is
Underbrush & Acreage done the Ironside way
Underbrush, vines and small trees take over quickly in the Carolinas. Left alone for a few years, a wooded yard or a farm can become impossible to walk through. We mulch the underbrush and small trees and leave the mature trees standing, so the land opens up but still looks natural.
We have worked everything from a single back yard to a 50 acre property in Mount Holly, 125 acres of overgrown roads in Vale and large tracts in South Carolina, and we clean up properties after logging.

Will you keep my big trees?
Yes. Underbrush removal is selective. We mulch the brush, vines and small trees and work around the trees you want to keep.
How much land can you clear?
There is no job too big or too small. We have cleared single back yards, 10 acre home places, a 50 acre property and 125 acres of overgrown roads.
Can you cut trails or shooting lanes?
Yes. We open trails, roads and shooting lanes through the woods to the width you want.
How often does underbrush need to be cleared?
It depends on the property, but many owners have it mulched once to reclaim the land and then keep it up with mowing or a lighter pass every few years.
